Hello!! Thanks for joining me. My name is Sarah Bowling. I am a thirty-something sober woman navigating a high stress career, relationships, and sobriety with a passion for a well-lived life and all its messy glory. 

My story beings back when I was a scrawny kid who was afraid of her own shadow.  Really, it begins before that, because before I was afraid of everything I was fearless. I wasn’t concerned about what other people thought of me or how to take up as little space as possible. I was more focused on having fun than pleasing those around me. This blog is about my journey back to that space, back to being unapologetically me.
